科研领域
结构生物学研究可在原子分辨率水平呈现生物大分子在行使其功能时的相互作用和动态变化，既能揭示生物大分子的生物功能和分子机理，又能探索与生物大分子功能失调相关疾病的发病机理。本课题利用X射线晶体衍射等方法对以下方向展开结构生物学研究，包括组蛋白伴侣识别组蛋白的结构基础、蛋白质-蛋白质以及蛋白质核酸复合物的结构研究、蛋白质和其小分子配体的复合物结构解析，以及具有重要生物学功能的蛋白酶的结构生物学研究。
