科研领域
本课题组聚焦能量代谢稳态调控机制及其在代谢相关疾病发生发展中的作用研究。能量代谢作为生命活动的核心环节，其稳态失衡与肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝、2型糖尿病、心血管疾病及恶性肿瘤等多种重大慢性疾病密切相关。我们采用系统生物学、细胞生物学和分子生物学等多学科交叉研究策略，重点探究糖代谢和脂代谢的精细调控网络，旨在揭示代谢紊乱驱动相关疾病发展的分子机制，为肥胖、脂肪肝及肝癌等代谢性疾病的早期预防和精准治疗提供新靶点和理论依据。
